2. Seminars and Presentations.
From our web site and newsletters you will learn of the time and destination
of future seminars and presentations. And when we are coming to your town.
For this purpose you will need to contact us so we can include you in
our database.
3. E-mail Correspondence.
Our website www.demarko.com, will inform you of up to the minute real
estate information concerning Bulgaria and Demarko Limited.
All enquiries and correspondence, which are made to and from Demarko,
are stored on our Customer Database. This database stores all information
about our customers and partners so we can inform you of any new developments.
This information is treated with privacy and confidentiality.
Inspection Visits
If you are really interested in purchasing real estate in Bulgaria you
can join us on one of our inspection trips to your area of interest.
- We will give you an extended tour of the area or city of interest.
- We will take you to those areas of interest so as to view the site
personally.
- We will introduce you to the real estate developers.
- We will answer all your questions regarding the real estate market in Bulgaria.
- These visits can take between 3 and 6 days, or longer if requested.
The cost of this is approximately 75-100 euros per person.
This price
includes transport to and from the real estate sites, tour of the area
and a diner in traditional Bulgarian tavern.
We will leave you time to go around by yourself and get acquainted with
the city.
Company Formation.
Establishing a company in Bulgaria to purchase land is extremely simple
at Demarko.
We can provide you with all the legal and administrative services needed
to set up a company through our existing and long time established sister
companies and representatives throughout Bulgaria.
This procedure costs approximately 400-500 euros and takes about two
weeks.
The company should have minimum capital of 5000 leva ( 2565 Euros)
When you receive your Certificate of Incorporation and your company is
listed in the State newspaper you can commence purchasing land in Bulgaria.
