The purchase procedure for Real Estate at Demarko will vary according to the type of property and the type of customer.

PURCHASE PROCEDURE EXAMPLE

Single apartment with a construction period of 12 months.

1. Payment of a deposit will secure a property or plot of land.
This deposit is non-refundable and will secure the real estate and the price quoted at the time of payment of the deposit.

2. Thirty percent, (30%)of the overall cost of the apartment is payable 14 days after the deposit has been made.

3. An additional thirty percent, (30%) of the overall cost of the apartment is payable two months after the first instalment.

4. The final forty percent, (40%) of the overall cost of the apartment is payable when the ownership is transferred to the buyer.

We advise you to view the apartment at least once during these stages. We can organise an inspection trip to the property of your choice, where you will be directly involved with the developer.

The company should have minimum capital of 5000 leva ( 2565 Euros)
