Demarko is a limited Irish company and was founded in April of 2002.
Demarko Limited was founded by the two entrepreneurial minds of David O'Connor and Nastimir Ananiev.

We founded the company so as to strengthen the links between the countries of Ireland and Bulgaria, and to provide a wide range of services and products to the Irish Market.

Our local knowledge and real estate partners at home and abroad are making us a unique real estate company as can be seen from comments from both developers and new clients. You can clearly experience this when you come to meet us.

Our Dublin office concentrates on providing real estate from the Bulgarian Property Market, while our sister companies in Bulgaria are sourcing and vetting real estate, developers and property agents daily.
